Description
Quick and easy flatbread made from blended egg and cottage cheese. High in protein, low in carbs, and perfect for wraps or breakfast.
Ingredients
2 large eggs
½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Herbs or chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Blend eggs and cottage cheese until smooth.
2. Add salt and seasonings.
3. Heat a nonstick pan or preheat air fryer.
4. Pour batter and cook until firm (pan: 6–8 min, air fryer: 8–10 min).
5. Flip if using skillet.
6. Cool and serve.
Notes
Let flatbread cool on a rack before storing.
Use parchment or silicone for clean removal.
Add herbs or swap in almond flour for variations.
