Description

Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tbsp neutral oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 lb lean ground beef
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups cottage cheese
2 avocados, cubed or sliced
4 tbsp hot honey (or to taste)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Toss sweet potato cubes in oil and season with salt, pepper, and cinnamon if using. Air fry at 400°F for 10–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and cooked through.


2. Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break it up, add tomato paste and taco seasoning, and cook until browned.

3. Divide cooked sweet potatoes and beef between four bowls.
4. Top each bowl with cottage cheese and avocado.
5. Drizzle generously with hot honey and enjoy!
Notes
Swap ground beef for ground turkey or plant-based crumbles if preferred.
Try adding pickled onions, seeds, or roasted chickpeas for more texture.
Use homemade or store-bought hot honey—adjust spice to your liking.
